Good place to eat even for a quick lunch. Ordered the steak and it was a big portion so I was definitely more than satisfied. Great flavor and the provided potato crisps seem to be homemade in their kitchen which was a nice compliment to the meal.

The service was exceptional, the food prepared with care and tasty.We had appetizers, two pitchers of sangria, the octopuss & Argentinian pork and two espressos.The waiter was very caring, which made the dinner even better.I regret having discovered this place on our last evening in Praia.I dearly recommend this restaurant.

Am the waiter......so if I told you that this restaurant is just the best Restaurant on the island of Santiago (Caboverde),I absolutely know what am talking about.....c'mon to have a look by yourself, ask for Francisco....me,I will do my best to give you the best delicious food in caboverde.

Bistro Noventa 90 is marvelous! The service is outstanding (the waiter's English was also very good); the atmosphere is lovely downstairs, and I imagine also upstairs. Most importantly the food was delicious. The grilled fresh tuna was lovely and delicious, along with its side dishes of salad and white rice with black beans.[I can't wait to return and try different dishes.
